1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Prismarine website, including the public site and any client portal pages made available through it. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Who we are

Prismarine is an artificial intelligence firm based in Los Angeles, California. Throughout these terms, Prismarine, we, us, and our refer to Prismarine and the people working on its behalf.

3. Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use, or transmit harmful, unlawful, or misleading content through it.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

4. Services and engagements

The site describes Prismarine's work, capabilities, and selected materials for informational purposes. Any consulting, design, development, AI, automation, or strategy work is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, or contract.

If a project agreement conflicts with these terms, the project agreement controls for that engagement. Nothing on the site is an offer, quote, guarantee, or promise of a specific result.

5. Client portal

Some clients may receive access to a private portal for files, notes, invoices, or other engagement materials. You are responsible for keeping portal passwords and links confidential and for telling us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.

Portal materials are provided for the client or recipient named in the applicable engagement. Do not share, publish, or redistribute them unless the relevant agreement allows it.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the site and its content, including text, design, images, graphics, code, and brand elements, are owned by Prismarine or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from site content without prior written permission. Client names, trademarks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, security, or practices.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and security.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prismarine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the site.
