About
Prismarine is a founder-led studio building applied AI systems for innovative industries. Built to ship, not to advise.
Most companies do not have an AI problem. They have an operations problem that AI is now good enough to solve, and no one inside the building has the time to translate one into the other. Prismarine does that translation, then builds the thing.
Every engagement starts the same way: find the process that costs the most judgment and the most hours, write down how it actually works, and give a system enough context to carry it. What comes out is not a deck. It is a workspace, a set of agents, the operating memory behind them, and the tools the team opens on a Tuesday morning.

How we work
Scope is a stage, not a retainer. Stage One is a working system inside a real workspace — configured, populated, and handed over with the documents that explain it. Anything after that is scoped against what the first stage actually proved, not against what a proposal guessed.
Everything ships to a client portal: deliverables, the reasoning behind them, billing, and a support window with its edges written down. No accounts, no seats, no expiry.
Who is behind it
Prismarine is run by Dhilan Martin out of Los Angeles. One operator, a deliberately small surface area, and direct contact with whoever is doing the work — which is the same person you email.
Working together
If there is a process you would describe as expensive, repetitive, and dependent on someone senior remembering things, that is the conversation worth having. Write to hello@prismarine.co and describe it in a paragraph.
